Working with brands including Valentino, Primark and Very, she developed a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of how makeup translates both on camera and in real life — always focusing on balance, light and natural beauty.

As her career developed, Louise built a successful business within the wedding industry, working closely with brides and women during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. It was here her approach deepened — moving beyond makeup alone and into confidence, connection and helping women feel like themselves.

As her chapters evolved, so did her approach.

Her work naturally shifted towards softer, more considered enhancements — focusing on restoring rather than adding. This led her into semi-permanent makeup, where she now specialises in natural results that enhance features in a way that feels subtle, balanced and true to each individual.

As a mum of two, she understands first-hand how life, time and change can impact how we feel in ourselves. Chapter Four is a reflection of that journey — a space built on experience, warmth and real connection.
